Chinese Shao-Lin Kung Fu is a 1500 year old art developed by the Shaolin monks at the Honan Temple for health, mental and physical conditioning, and self-defence. The curriculum encompasses Empty Hand, Animal styles, and Classical weapons, as well as Internal areas such as Tai Chi Chuan, Pa Kua Chang, breathing and meditation, and more!
